Gentle Yoga: Relaxing flow that focuses on gentle stretches and breathing.

Movement & Meditation: Gentle stretching designed to help wake up the body followed by a guided meditation to calm and refresh the mind

Somatic Softness: Small movements that deliver big results. Tap into your body’s wisdom and take your flexibility to a new level.
